Nuwan Srimal is a Chartered Accountant who holds the membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka. Added to his academic qualifications, Nuwan also holds an accountancy special degree from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura of Sri Lanka.
He started off his career as an accountant with Deloitte Colombo office and has so far accumulated more than ten years of experience in the field of accountancy and finance.
Nuwan is a core member of the AFIT Connects leadership team serving as the Director of Operations. Before joining AFIT Connects, Nuwan has served in various managerial and senior positions in Sri Lankan companies including Swiss Lloyds and Deloites.

Dushan Thumbovila is a Chartered Accountant who holds the membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka. Dushan also has obtained a finance special degree from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura of Sri Lanka. With more than 10 years of experience in the accountancy and finance sector, Dushan's career has already seen peaks as a co-founder of AFIT Connects and the CEO of AFIT Connects.
Dushan has also held senior positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) from 2010 to 2013 before joining with AFIT Connects. Parallel to all the he does, Dushan also holds the position of Managing Partner of a Sri Lankan Audit Firm.
